Bruntwood Office Roof
A seamless liquid roof with new insulation for an occupied office, built to a 25-year single-point warranty.
The problem
A tenanted Bruntwood office building had a mastic asphalt roof that was failing. Awkward areas of low-level plant meant the roof needed a system that could be made fully watertight around every detail.
The solution
We surveyed the roof and took core samples, which confirmed its condition and showed that the existing insulation was doing very little. We installed a seamless Liquid Plastics system with a vapour barrier and PIR insulation, to the LPL Delta specification.
The result
A seamless, better-insulated roof over an occupied building, with a 25-year single-point warranty.
