Who we are

This website is run by Cornerstone Group, 330 Four Oaks Road, Walton Summit, Preston, PR5 8AP ("we", "us"). We are responsible, as controller, for the personal information described in this policy. If you have any questions about it, email info@cornerstonegroup.uk or call 0800 011 9758.

What we collect

How we use it

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for automated decision-making. We'll only send you marketing if you've asked us to.

Our lawful basis

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and running our website. Where you ask us for a quote or proposal, we're taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep some records because the law requires us to.

Who we share it with

Third-party content on this site. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. Videos are embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube only receives information about you if you play a video.

International transfers

Some providers, such as Google, may process information outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by legal safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry doesn't lead to work, we keep your details only as long as we need to deal with it and any follow-up, and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we need them for contractual, tax and legal purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or give it to you in a portable format. You can also object to us using it. To make a request, email info@cornerstonegroup.uk.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
