Cornerstone Group attended the site and through discussions with the client proposed a liquid roofing system be overlaid and new dome rooflights installed.

The area was cleared of the limestone chippings and the existing felt system was cleaned and prepared to a high standard ready to receive a new coating system.

The chosen system was an IKO Polimar liquid consisting of a base layer with reinforcement matting with a UV staple topcoat applied. The existing roof lights were removed from the site and new triple-skin polycarbonate dome roof lights were installed to allow more natural light to enter the building.
